TERMS & CONDITIONS

 

These terms & conditions apply to your purchases on, and your use of, the website www.bagasi.com. The terms constitute an agreement between you and Bagasi AB, org. No 556886-8797 (“Bagasi” or “we”).

By making purchases from and using this website, you agree to the following terms and conditions. We therefore ask you to carefully read the terms and conditions before using our site.

1 CONFIRMATION
Once we have received an order from you, we will send an electronic confirmation/invoice to your email address as confirmation of your purchase. It is therefore important that you enter the correct email address when placing an order. We recommend that you save the confirmation to facilitate any future contact with us. The confirmation is also your receipt for the purchase.

2 PAYMENT
Payments are handled by v Klarna. You can pay with Visa, MasterCard or other options, depending on your location. Credit card transactions are encrypted. Bagasi does not store any credit card details. Klarna uses the 3D Secure security protocol, which must be activated on your card before purchase. If your payment fails, try using a different card first and then a different browser or device. Bagasi does not charge extra fees for card payments.

When you choose to pay by invoice, you can decide whether you want to pay on the day of the order or later (up to 14 days from the date of the order). It is important that you are registered at the address to which you want delivery. You also have the option to split your payment. All this is done in cooperation with Klarna.

3 PRICES
All prices shown on the Bagasi website are inclusive of VAT, in accordance with applicable legislation. If an order is to be sent to a delivery address outside the EU, VAT will be deducted on the payment page. Please note that if an order is sent to a country outside the EU, import duties and taxes may apply and will be charged when the shipment reaches your delivery address. You are responsible for the payment of such import duties and taxes. It should be noted that we have no control over these fees, and since these fees are different for different countries, we cannot predict their amount. We recommend that you contact your local customs office for further information.

4 DELIVERY TIMES
Bagasi strives to send your order within 1-2 working days after you place your order in the webshop. If you place an order before 10:00 CET, we will generally ship it the same day. Orders placed on weekends and public holidays are shipped the next working day.

Sweden: 1-3 working days

Europe: 5-9 working days

Rest of the world: 5-15 working days

During heavy work load, it may take a few more days.  We shall have no liability in case products are sold out.

5 SHIPPING
Shipping and returns within Sweden are free of charge, and the conditions for other countries can be found below. You will receive an email including a tracking number for your package from the shipping company as soon as your order is on its way to an agent near you. You will be notified via SMS when the delivery has arrived, so be sure to enter your correct mobile number when entering your contact details at registration.

NORDIC COUNTRIES

Free shipping to the Nordic countries (Sweden, Denmark, Norway, Finland).

EUROPE

Shipping to other countries within the EU is free of charge for orders over EUR 310. For orders under EUR 310, we charge EUR 35.

REST OF THE WORLD

Shipping to all countries outside Europe is free of charge for orders over EUR 310. For orders under EUR 310, we charge EUR 45.

IMPORT DUTIES AND TAXES

For customers outside the EU (e.g. Norway, UK and Switzerland)

When ordering from countries outside the EU, you must pay import duties and taxes according to local regulations in your country upon delivery of your order. The order value therefore does not include Swedish VAT. . The amount of tax and obligation to pay is different in each country.

6 RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL AND RETURNS
You have a right of withdrawal within 14 days of receiving the product, provided that you have not used the product and that it is returned in undamaged condition. Think of the planet before you make a return. If you have decided to make a return we kindly ask you to submit the return form below. We will send return label to your email address. Pack the bag in the same or similar packaging that it came in. Attach the return label to the outside of the package, making sure to cover the old label properly. Hand in the return package to the nearest post office. Always ask for a submission receipt.

Return cost: 

Sweden: 0 kr 

Norway: 70 NOK 

Denmark: 40 DKK 

Finland: 5 € 

All other countries: 10 € 

When your return has been processed, you will receive a confirmation (via Klarna) and reimbursement/crediting of your purchase takes place within 14 days. 

From the refund amount, we reserve the right to deduct an amount corresponding to the reduction in value compared to the original value of the product in the case of a used or damaged product. 

7 EXCHANGE OF PRODUCT

Do you want to exchange a product you ordered? Make a return according to the instructions above and then place a new order on bagasi.com. 

8 COMPLAINTS
It is important that you, as a customer, carefully examine the product when you receive it. If your goods are damaged in transit, you must report this to the carrier as soon as possible. This applies whether or not the damage is visible. If, after receiving the goods, you find that they are damaged or do not correspond to the goods you ordered, you should contact us without delay.

Any complaints should be made to support@bagasi.com. Please provide us with your order number and the reason for your complaint and we will get back to you with further instructions. Complaints are not accepted for defects caused by wear and tear or improper use.

Defective products returned to us shall continue to be treated with care by the customer and as if they were faultless. Whatever the reason for return, it is very important that the product is packed in such a way that it cannot be damaged during transport. If a dispute arises between you as a customer and Bagasi and we are unable to resolve the dispute, you can submit a complaint to the EU’s Online Dispute Resolution function. 9 UNCOLLECTED PACKAGES
Your shipment will be kept at the delivery point for about 14 days. A fee is charged for packages that are not picked up. The fee covers part of the costs that arise such as shipping, packing, packaging and return processing. 

Fees for unclaimed package: 

Sweden: 200 SEK 

Norway: 200 NOK 

Denmark: 200 DKK 

Finland & other countries: € 20

10 PRODUCT INFORMATION
Bagasi has the right to adjust prices, make changes to the product range and related information without prior notice. The purpose of the product images and information texts provided by us is to give as accurate and realistic a picture as possible of the products. We strive to ensure that all content displayed on this website is accurate, however errors may occur. Bagasi cannot guarantee that all product images reflect the exact appearance of the products.

11 FORCE MAJEURE
Bagasi shall be exempt from liability for damages and other penalties caused by circumstances beyond Bagasi’s control. Such circumstances include government intervention, new/changed legislation, war, fires, floods, work stoppages, bans, restrictions, sabotage, poor transport and weather conditions, non-delivery from suppliers or that Bagasi or its partners would be exposed to criminal activity.

12 APPLICABLE LAW 
Swedish law applies to these terms & conditions and your use of this website..
